I learned of the passing this past summer of Nils-Einar Wahlgren, a senior writer at VVS Forum, a trade magazine in Sweden.

If you have ever used a layaway plan to purchase merchandise, raise your hand. Buying via layaway remains a viable option for many consumers. How about layaway for HVAC?

Instead of giving $700 billion to the Wall Street community, I have two options in mind. Plan A: Give $1 million to each of the nearly 330 million citizens in the United States of America.
