Do you think Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA’s) regulations are becoming more intrusive to your business?

Just because your company has been doing things one way for a long time — maybe 15 years — does not mean that is the right way to do things today. 

The following remarks were made regarding the “Contractor Suggests Fix for Bottom Feeders” editorial by Kyle Gargaro, published Aug. 31, in The NEWS.

New technology will allow us to see and do things we’ve never considered possible. Learning to use these tools will give you an enormous advantage in the market.

Ask questions, educate the homeowner, and close the sale. By using this approach, you’ll not only differentiate your company from your competition, you’ll also increase customer satisfaction. 

I would urge everyone who works for an outstanding boss to fill out the online form. The contest is now open, and runs through Nov. 23.

Do you think the HVAC contracting industry will be able to replace all the retiring baby boomers?

There are ways for contractors to ensure they get their money’s worth at these events and gain valuable knowledge and insight into the industry that isn’t always readily available in their local or regional bubbles.

Be the best, otherwise your competitor is going to scoop in and take what’s yours. Are you up to the challenge?
