Random acts of kindness and being thoughtful to both customers and employees goes a long way in making a business successful.

We are all doing our parts working toward a mutual goal of company success. While a pleasant and relaxed family atmosphere is of the utmost importance here, we do our best to keep a healthy balance in terms of coworker relationships. 

Doing the little things matters. It’s easier than rebuilding a town. Make these part of your culture and the payoff will be strong.

If one is stuck wondering how to get more out of employees and seeking ways to motivate them to step up and work hard while they’re at work, start by getting to know them better and learning what their real Why is.

Pricing is definitely a moving target. Make sure the systems you have in place allow you to be flexible and grant you the ability to make changes when equipment, overhead, or any other items change price.
