The NEWS' annual “Best Contractor to Work For” contest recognizes four contractors in four different regions of the U.S. for their efforts in making their workplaces not only areas where customer service is great, but places for employees to thrive and grow — places where a job is more than a job, it’s a career. 

For the Kennihans’ dedication to their employees’ welfare and careers, Kennihan Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning has been recognized as The NEWS’ Best Contractor to Work For in the East region.

When it comes to keeping employees happy, Conditioned Air Corp., Naples, Fla., does it better than most, which is why they are this year's Best Contractor to Work For in the South region.

Encouraging employees to do the right this is one of the reasons why Kirk Jackson of San Diego-based Jackson & Blanc has been named The NEWS’ Best Contractor to Work For in the West region.
