The HVACR industry is forever looking for new talent to become a part of the industry. Women could help solve that problem. The good news is that the number of women in the HVAC industry has doubled since 2017. The bad news is that the number is still only 3%.

Here at The ACHR NEWS, we had the idea to raise awareness by spotlighting women working hard in HVAC every day. In 2021, we created the Top Women in HVAC list. It quickly gained traction, garnering hundreds of entries from hardworking women each year. This year, we’re highlighting 12 women doing great things in HVAC.
