Describe the proudest moment in your career.

During Hurricane Harvey, we organized and personally delivered 200 air conditioner units to emergency responders in Rockport, Texas. With roads down and supply chains disrupted, a few of us loaded the units ourselves and drove them down. It was a moment of compassion, quick action, and teamwork I’ll never forget.

How can we increase the number of women in HVACR?

We need to expand the story we tell about HVACR. It’s not just technical roles, but also strategy, design, leadership, and more. Representation and mentorship matter. Investing in education and outreach helps young women see the possibilities and gives them the tools to lead.

What remains on your HVACR bucket list — what do you aspire to do that you haven’t accomplished yet?

I’d love to help shape the next generation of HVACR professionals, especially women, through mentoring, speaking, and education initiatives. As Friedrich grows under Rheem, I’m excited to keep elevating the brand in ways that reflect our shared values.

What advice do you have for women who are considering entering the HVACR field?

Raise your hand. Ask the question. Take the meeting. This industry needs your voice. Find mentors, stay curious, and say yes to opportunities, even if they stretch you.
