Partnership Aims to Support RLS Customers in U.S. West

ST. LOUIS — Rapid Locking System (RLS), a provider of press-to-connect fittings for the HVACR industry, has begun a partnership with Pac West Sales to further support customers throughout the Western U.S.
The partnership will offer RLS customers access to the combined 300 years of experience that Pac West Sales representatives have accumulated, a press release from RLS said.
The relationship between Pac West and RLS will provide in-depth service offerings to manufacturers, distributors, and contractors based in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming, the press release said.
“With a well-established reputation for providing incredible customer service, Pac West Sales is known for delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for both residential and commercial applications, which is why RLS thought they were the ideal partner for our company,” said Jessica Slaughter, marketing manager at RLS.
The collaboration will allow RLS to focus on its ongoing commitment to make HVAC and refrigeration installations safer, faster, and more reliable with the company’s patented press-to-connect fittings, the press release said. RLS offers a 15-year limited warranty on its press fittings.
