Members of the Rapid Locking System
team hit the road Sunday across the St. Louis, Missouri, area, where the company is headquartered, delivering more than 20 gift bags to HVAC technicians at Hoffmann Brothers, Milford Supply, and Inman Heating and Cooling.
"Over the last year, we’ve seen first-hand how accessible training can impact a contractor’s ability to grow their business and stay ahead of industry changes,” said Joel Reedy, president of Rapid Locking System.
The partnership will offer Rapid Locking System customers access to the combined 300 years of experience that Pac West Sales representatives have accumulated.
PressACR fittings meet stringent certification and compliance standards that support the higher-pressure requirements of HVACR systems, a press release from Nibco said.
In his new role at Nibco Inc., Aaron Edds will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the product management team, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with Nibco’s business strategy and meets customer needs
The RLS training center is the latest addition to the company's 80,000-square-foot headquarters facility and will serve as a one-stop-shop for contractors, engineers, and wholesalers to learn about evolving industry trends, and how to successfully install and implement press fittings.
“Allen and Rudy have long careers with Nibco, and the knowledge and expertise that they both bring to these roles will be valuable for the success of our organization,” said Ashley Martin, Nibco's president and COO.
A $14 million expansion of production capacity at Viega’s McPherson, Kansas, factory, where ProPress fittings are made, will be the first phase of the project.
