ST. LOUIS — Sunday was National HVAC Technician Day, and Rapid Locking System (RLS), a provider of press-to-connect fittings, set out to show its appreciation for the technicians who played a pivotal role in having more than 20 million RLS press fittings installed over the last 10 years.
To show their appreciation, members of the RLS team hit the road across the St. Louis, Missouri, area, where the company is headquartered, delivering more than 20 gift bags to HVAC technicians at Hoffmann Brothers, Milford Supply, and Inman Heating and Cooling. The team at RLS wanted to show its gratitude for the men and women who keep homes and businesses comfortable, safe, and running efficiently year-round, a press release from the company said.
“Technicians are the foundation of our industry,” said Jessica Slaughter, marketing manager at RLS. “We wanted to take a moment on National HVAC Tech Day to recognize their tireless work, ingenuity, and commitment to advancing the trade."
With each advancement in the HVAC industry, it’s technicians who lead the way, the press release said. For more than 10 years, RLS has partnered with the professionals who push the industry forward with expertise, leadership, and dedication to training the next generation.
