New Director of Product Management at Nibco

ELKHART, Ind. — Aaron Edds has been promoted to director of product management at Nibco Inc., a manufacturer of flow-control products and systems.
In his new role, Edds will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the product management team, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with Nibco’s business strategy and meets customer needs, a press release from Nibco said. Edds will report to Joseph Choflet, vice president of sales and marketing.
Edds brings more than 30 years of fluid-handling industry experience to the position. He originally joined Nibco in 2006 as a product manager and held various positions of increasing responsibility through 2015. In 2022, after holding product manager positions at Reelcraft Industries and Tuthill Transfer Systems, he rejoined Nibco to serve as senior product manager for plastic fittings and the company’s Chemtrol brand.
“Aaron brings years of valuable product management experience in the fluid- handling industry to this new position,” said Choflet. “We are confident that his leadership will further strengthen and contribute to Nibco’s continued success.”
Edds has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Bradley University’s Foster College of Business in Peoria, Illinois.
