The annual sales growth among HARDI distributors participating in the survey has been near 4% during the past three months, while the producer price index for the industry has been moving toward that level.
HARDI’s Unitary Market Intelligence Report for April says that central ducted HVAC systems using A2L refrigerants accounted for 51% of sales that month, and preliminary May data indicates further growth to 60%, a press release from HARDI said.
