ACCA members came from around the country to learn office operational management strategies. The event, which was presented by ACCA and The NEWS, was immediately preceded by the Service Managers Forum, capping off a four-day gathering of ACCA managers across multiple disciplines.
How many times have you walked out of a meeting feeling everything went great and later found everyone has a different understanding of what you said? Or, maybe you walked out of a meeting feeling the message just didn’t go over as well as you’d hoped. Home- and building-performance contracting is gaining momentum, as illustrated by the recent ACCA Building Performance Forum sponsored by The NEWS. The second annual event saw a 19 percent increase in contractor attendance.
