The Great American Brand Story is a unique competition that brings together 11 professional service companies to provide the winner with a comprehensive company makeover worth more than $150,000.

This year’s program will award 10 $2,500 scholarships to eligible trade school students across the U.S. who demonstrate generosity, respect, integrity and teamwork — or GRIT, the acronym for SupplyHouse’s core values — and have a commitment to entering the skilled trades workforce.
“This award underscores our commitment to engineering products that not only meet the needs of today’s homeowners but also contribute to a more sustainable future,” said Olivier Vareille, president and CEO, Hydronics North America, at Carrier.
The annual Lennox Feel the Love program, sponsored by the LII Lennox Foundation, donates hundreds of HVAC units to deserving homeowners. Dealers from across 45 states in the U.S. and several Canadian provinces work with Lennox to install the units for the winners during the first full week of October.
The winners of the Pillar awards will be announced during the WHVACR annual conference in October, and Women to Watch winners will be announced in the inaugural edition of the organization’s online magazine, Empowered, scheduled to be published this fall.
In a blog post for an audience of Nest Thermostat users, the company said that “it has become increasingly challenging to continue to update these products given the early hardware.”
Road Warrior is a three-day training event designed for field and service agents who spend most of their working day on the road and in customer homes.
