Seminar Will Give You a “Liberal Arts Education” in Hydronic Systems
July 10, 2013
The National Association of Oil and Energy Service Professionals (OESP) is sponsoring Dan Holohan’s Classic Hydronics seminar on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013 at the Holiday Inn in Timonium, Md. The seminar will start at 5 p.m. with a buffet dinner. Holohan will speak from 5:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
A tradeoff has always existed between the water temperature at which hydronic heat emitters are sized and their cost. The higher the supply water temperature assumed by the designer, the smaller the required heat emitters and the lower their installed cost.
Lochinvar vice president of engineering, Neil Rolph, was named the recipient of the 2013 Richard C. Schulze Distinguished Service award by the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI).
The application of wet heat technology has expanded over the years and new technologies that improve control and efficiencies are pushing this industry sector further ahead.
Lochinvar has announced that Neil Rolph, vice president of engineering, received the 2013 Richard C. Schulze Distinguished Service Award presented by the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI).
