DiversiTech® Corp. announced that it has purchased Rapid Positioning Clips Ltd. (RPC). The acquisition, completed on March 22, provides HVACR distributors and contractors with another useful product line they can use to grow their businesses and simplify their work.

The school is located at 9540 Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro, Georgia. The facility was formerly known as the Laurus Technical Institute and is currently undergoing renovation in anticipation of accepting students by summer 2017. This marks the second acquisition by Reliable Heating & Air in the past year.

Bradford White Water Heaters, provider of the AeroTherm™ Series Heat Pump Water Heater, has completed an agreement to acquire production assets from the heat pump water heater operations of GE Appliances (GEA), a Haier company.

Entech Sales and Service Inc. announced they are acquiring Oklahoma City-based Logical Building Solutions Inc. Entech will merge all assets and operations of LBS into its existing business structure. Entech’s new Oklahoma City office will operate under the name Logical Building Systems.
