One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Anvil Intl., a North American manufacturer of high quality pipe fittings and system components, from Mueller Water Products.

MiTek Industries Inc. (MiTek), a diversified, global business supplying a wide range of engineered products, proprietary business management and design software, and automated equipment sold into the broad construction and industrial end markets, announced that its subsidiary, M&M Manufacturing, has acquired Snappy™ Company.  

Goettl Air Conditioning recently merged with Las Vegas Air and Paradise Air, adding more than 20 employees and 15 trucks. Las Vegas Air primarily serves residential customers while Paradise Air services the multi-family and rental home market.

MISTRAS announced the acquisition of Condenser & Chiller Services Inc. (CCS). CCS is a nondestructive testing (NDT) inspection and complete heat exchanger service provider for commercial and industrial cooling and air conditioning applications. CCS subsidiary, California Finned Tube Company (Cal-Fin), a manufacturer and vendor of heat exchanger tubes, was included as part of the acquisition.

UTC Climate, Controls & Security has announced that its India affiliate has entered into an agreement with Wipro Limited, a global information technology, consulting, and business process services company, to acquire EcoEnergy, Wipro’s energy services business division. EcoEnergy, based in Bengaluru, India, is a provider of energy management services for commercial customers in North America, Europe, and Asia.

AAF Europe has acquired Dinair Group AB, one of Sweden’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of air filters. Dinair, established in 1982, emphasizes balanced filtration solutions and has a history of developing its own products.

The Sterling Group, a middle market private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of PoolPak International LLC. PoolPak is a leading manufacturer of dehumidification systems for large athletic pools, natatoriums in schools and universities, commercial pools and hotel/motel leisure pools.

GDI Integrated Facility Services Inc. announced that it and its wholly-owned subsidiary Ainsworth Inc. have entered into an agreement to acquire Direct Energy Business Services Limited, doing business as Airtron Canada, a subsidiary of Direct Energy Marketing Limited.
