Swegon, a leading producer and supplier of indoor climate systems and products, announced it has acquired Ruskin Air Management Ltd (RAML) from Johnson Controls International plc.

Yenni Capital, a private equity investment firm, announced that it has acquired Steven Feller P.E., an engineering design services company whose capabilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

The Master Group Inc. announced it has purchased the distribution operations of Johnson Controls’ Unitary Products Group (York®) branches based in Oakville and Markham, Ontario. The two branches will operate as The Master Group.

Superior Holding Inc. has acquired the business assets of Richmond, Virginia-based English Boiler & Tube. English Boiler is a leader in the design and fabrication of packaged watertube boiler systems for large industrial applications.

Source Refrigeration & HVAC announced that it has partnered with management to acquire Refrigeration Solutions Inc. and Advanced Refrigeration Systems (together, RSI). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Acco Engineered Systems announced that it will join forces with All Area Plumbing, a regional design-build plumbing contractor serving Southern California. Adding All Area Plumbing’s capabilities, Acco said it will strengthen its position as one of the largest mechanical contractors in the western United States.

Modine Manufacturing Co. has announced changes to its executive organization in response to its acquisition of Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions (HTS). Modine previously announced that it agreed to acquire Luvata HTS, a leading global manufacturer of coils, coolers, and coatings for the HVACR and industrial markets.
