Sid Harvey Industries Acquires Chicago-Area Distributor
GARDEN CITY, N.Y. — Sid Harvey Industries Inc., a national HVACR distributor, has acquired W.L. Engler Co., an HVAC industry distributor that’s been serving the Chicago and Kankakee, Illinois, markets since 1979.
As part of the acquisition, both W.L. Engler locations will remain open and fully operational, with the same experienced staff continuing to serve customers, a press release from Sid Harvey said. W.L. Engler customers will now have access to Sid Harvey’s expanded product line and national distribution network.
