Training Event Planned for Call Center Pros

LEHI, Utah — The CSR Academy, which provides training and a community for call center professionals who work in trades businesses, is planning a live training event in Lehi, Utah, for Wednesday, May 14, through Friday, May 16.
The event is specifically designed for customer service representatives, dispatchers, and call center managers in trades businesses, and will aim to enhance their skills and elevate their professional impact, a CSR Academy press release said.
Participants will engage in comprehensive training sessions led by industry experts, focusing on best practices, effective communication strategies, and the latest tools to improve customer interactions, the press release said. The event also offers networking opportunities, allowing attendees to connect with peers and industry leaders.
“Investing in your customer service team is crucial for business success,” said Angie Snow, an instructor at the CSR Academy.
