This training package provides a basic foundation for learning how to troubleshoot HVACR refrigeration and air flow systems.  Designed for HVACR students, apprentices and technicians new to the craft, it is effectively used in formal training programs in trade schools and colleges with guidance from instructors.  It is also a good fit for in-house training programs facilitated by service managers and lead technicians.  Used in conjunction with field expertise, it is a resource that helps technicians further develop their diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and reduce callbacks.  Each unit includes review questions and exercise that can be torn out and handed in for review and grading by an instructor.  The separate instructor supplements contain answers to the end-of-unit exercises and the troubleshooting scenarios.
