HUNT VALLEY, Md. — N.H. Yates & Co., a manufacturers’ representative firm and a distributor of HVAC, plumbing, and hydronic products in the eastern U.S., and an affiliated company, Yates Global LLC, recently announced a number of promotions and a new corporate leadership structure.
Jim Schnorr, who joined the firm two years ago and had been serving as vice president of business development, moves to president of N.H. Yates. Jon Thomas, who had served as president, moves CEO, and Dan Kelbaugh moves from executive vice president to COO. Finally, Matt Hatmaker adds the title of executive vice president of Yates Global while keeping his role as piping products sales and technical manager.
Yates also added the territories of Pennsylvania and Delaware in its representation of Aquatherm piping products.
