Over the last 15 years at Trane Technologies, Paige Muhlenkamp has established herself as a critical part of the organization and HVAC industry. As the channel marketing leader, she is responsible for leading the creation of customer-focused marketing programs to spur customer growth and increase customer satisfaction.
When transitioning from corporate communications to marketing, Paige identified the importance of first establishing a strong footing for the brand’s initiatives. For example, she immediately began hearing from customers that the Trane and American Standard marketing development programs (which were responsible for amplifying the brand awareness, increasing lead generation opportunities, and providing development opportunities for customer growth) needed a refresh, and she quickly sought out opportunities to improve the customer experience through both process improvements and offerings
She took a similar approach of listening to feedback and applying the key learnings to several other programs. Under her leadership, the team debuted a reinvigorated Trane Supply Tech Rewards points loyalty program for HVAC technicians that directly reflects the voice and concerns of the customer.
Outside of her day-to-day responsibilities, Paige continues to work tirelessly to set Trane female talent up for success. She currently leads an entirely female team of six and is a strong advocate for mentorship, as she credits much of her career progression to her relationships from previous female role models who identified her talent early on. Today, she hopes to offer the same support for her female colleagues rising through the ranks to have exposure to new projects, create connections through networking, and earn seats at the table.
