To Your Success and FieldEdge Partnership Automates Customer Follow-up for Contractors
New integration puts customer Thank You gifts on auto-pilot for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors
KENNESAW, Ga. — To Your Success announced a new integration with FieldEdge.
The integration allows contractors to automatically send a Thank You gift of freshly baked cookies with a custom greeting card and survey to customers after a completed job in FieldEdge. Orders are generated based on user-defined criteria such as invoice total or job type. Gifts are then baked and drop-shipped on behalf of the contractor from the To Your Success gift fulfillment center. The goal is contractor appreciation and higher customer loyalty through an unexpected, personal touchpoint, with full automation for the user.
