ATLANTA — FieldEdge and Ron Smith announced a partnership to provide FieldEdge customers with exclusive content and coaching.
The partnership complements FieldEdge’s focus on building software that improves the operational efficiency of home service contractors with Smith’s expertise in teaching contractors how to leverage those efficiencies.
By aligning with leading industry experts to provide customers with best-in-class training, FieldEdge is addressing a major industry challenge. Implementing field service management software requires service company owners to alter employee behavior and dedicate time to train employees on how to best use the software. FieldEdge is helping ease this burden by partnering with consultants experienced in creating growth by changing habits.
