The Jonas Document Management System (JDMS) document management system is fully integrated with the company’s software and any MS Windows program, allowing the user to import paper-based and/or electronic documents into one central location. It is designed to help the user easily manage, organize, and retrieve all documents. It allows an organization to share documents among different users, locations, and companies. Web-enabled functionality allows customers, vendors and project managers to log in at anytime and view key reports and account information. Organizations can set up to five levels of approval processes for any document. This will help streamline work flow processes. Quick search, advanced search and full-text searching are available which allows users to quickly retrieve a document from JDMS. Searches can be using the categorization system you establish or even from the body of the document itself. It offers the ability to download or burn all documents to a CD, mitigating risk and providing clients with the security of knowing there is a backup of your document at all times.
