Morsco Inc., a distributor of commercial and residential plumbing products, HVAC equipment, and pipe, valves and fittings (PVF), announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Fortiline Waterworks, one of the largest waterworks distributors in the U.S., as its waterworks distribution platform.

Winsupply Inc., one of the largest distributors in the nation handling plumbing supplies, HVAC products, and more, has opened two new companies along the Eastern seaboard: Winsupply of Absecon, in New Jersey, and Winsupply of Rockland, in Maine.

MORSCO, a distributor of commercial and residential plumbing, HVAC, and pipe, valves and fittings (PVF), has acquired substantially all of the assets of Murray Supply Co., a plumbing supply company based in North Carolina, which will continue to operate as Murray Supply Co., a MORSCO Company.

Ferguson, a major plumbing and HVACR distributor, announced that it continued its expansion with the acquisition of 13 companies in fiscal year 2015. The acquisitions were coast-to-coast encompassing multiple business types including HVAC and plumbing distributors, waterworks, and more.
