Onda will be part of Wieland’s thermal solutions business unit, which develops and builds heating and cooling products such as high-performance tubes, heat exchangers, and electronic cooling solutions.

Thermowave will operate as a stand-alone company under its existing name, a press release from Nexson Group said. The acquisition is expected to strengthen and complement Nexson Group’s portfolio.
