The HVAC installation technician has been with Sinton Air Conditioning and Heating, in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, for the last six years, starting while he was still in high school.  

Swiger chose HVACR for the opportunities it presents and found himself taking on the role of training recruits and helping them progress their careers.  

From sweeping job sites on the night shift to mastering hydronics and running his own HVAC business, Valentino Valeriani has built a career grounded in hard work, family, and a passion for helping others succeed in the trade. 

Even though Maddy Fauth wasn’t sure HVAC would be the right fit for her, she’s since come to love the work she gets to do and the opportunities the trades provide to help people every day.  

The summer after Wallberg graduated high school, while tending to his normal job duties at an ice company like bagging ice and delivering it to grocery/liquor stores, he also started fixing some of the bagging equipment so he could continue to do his job. The rest is history.
