It didn’t take long for the feedback to come in about my recent column regarding deaths due to carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning (“I’m Mad As Hell Over CO Poisoning Deaths,” March 25).

“Continue writing about mold,” a contractor told Editor-in-Chief Mark Skaer. “It definitely is a problem, and we need to know as much as we can about it.”
It was an e-mail from a trade press colleague. He was forwarding a news release he had received — and, he could not help but include this teaser: “Mark, I don’t know whether to say ‘Oh, brother’ or order one.”
Many contractors already get it. Many distributors get it. If you look at comments from The News’ Contractor Consultants this month regarding the Internet, you’ll see that many contractors understand and appreciate what a Web presence means to them.
