The National Association of Oil and Energy Service Professionals (OESP) is calling for award submissions for five categories.

Danfoss, a manufacturer of high-efficiency electronic and mechanical components and controls for air-conditioning, heating, refrigeration, industrial, and water systems, recently conducted an online survey to gauge industry acceptance of CO₂ refrigeration systems in North America.  

Shurtape is a fifth-generation, family owned, global business that delivers tape solutions to the packaging, building and construction, DIY, HVAC, industrial, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), arts and entertainment, and transportation industries. Syntac was established in 2001 and designs high performance industrial adhesive and tape products for automotive, medical, construction, graphic arts, sound control, and product assembly applications.

Tecogen^® Inc., a developer and manufacturer of clean energy products, announced a collaboration with the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), an alliance of more than 140 Northwest utilities and energy efficiency organizations, to install the first Ilios high efficiency water heater in the Pacific Northwest.  The Ilios Air-Source unit will be installed in a retirement community in Salem, Oregon and served by natural gas from regional utility, NW Natural.

Reliable Heating & Air, a provider of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and home performance residential and commercial service acquired an HVACR technical school. The school is located at 9540 Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro, Georgia. The facility was formerly known as the Laurus Technical Institute and is currently undergoing renovation in anticipation of accepting students by summer 2017. This marks the second acquisition by Reliable Heating & Air in the past year.
