Intermatic Inc. announced a new strategic partnership with LAE Electronic, a global manufacturer of compact refrigeration control solutions. The partnership expands Intermatic’s capabilities within the HVACR OEM space and brings new solutions to customers throughout North America under the LAE by Intermatic brand.

ESCO Group announced the appointment of Renee Tomlinson as executive director of ESCO Institute, and as an executive board member of ESCO Group, effective Feb. 1. Tomlinson joined the ESCO team in 2011 after spending 17 years with the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society. Over the last several years, Tomlinson has worked in various roles within ESCO Group to help the organization meet its long-term goals for industry advancement.

The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) announced Hoffmann Brothers Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical Company of Brentwood, Missouri as the ACCA 2019 Residential Contractor of the Year.
