The autobalancing technology in this system calculates the actual energy needs of single rooms and adapts the heat output of each loop by controlling the actuator’s on and off cycle. 

Bob and Tim are on a service call on a really cold and blustery day. The temperature is 27°F, the wind is blowing, and it’s snowing and sleeting. Despite the availability of quality Wi-Fi enabled products from leading thermostat manufacturers, a mere 10 to 15 percent of residential and light commercial installations involve such models. The primary objection: a wholesale price point that is four to five times the cost of a traditional thermostat.
