The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC) Educational Foundation has announced the winners of its 2014 scholarships. Seven students were awarded a total of $20,000 in scholarships funded by the foundation, South Jersey Mechanical Contractors Association, Anne Williams, PHCC Auxiliary of Massachusetts, and PHCC’s Past National Officers.
