Uponor North America announced that the company has signed an agreement to purchase an existing 237,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and office space in Hutchinson, Minnesota. The $6.35 million investment is located about 70 miles west from its North American headquarters in Apple Valley, Minnesota.

 

US Air Conditioning Distributors recently announced the opening of the 47th store in Van Nuys, California. The new location boasts a large showroom and plenty of room to stock an ample supply of products with a total of 14,600 square feet of space and two warehouses behind the showroom.

— Koch Air announced its highly anticipated expansion into Mt. Vernon, Illinois.  The new store and warehouse facility opened its doors on June 12 with truck routes starting on June 19.  The new store’s official opening will be later in the season during the Fall Showcase event for vendors and customers.

Uponor North America is expanding its manufacturing facility in Apple Valley, Minnesota, with completion expected by January 2018. The $17.4 million investment will be used toward the expansion of an additional 58,000 square feet to increase manufacturing capacity to meet customer demand. This is the 10^th expansion since Uponor began operations in Apple Valley in 1990. The most recent expansion took place in 2016 when the company invested $18 million and added 88,000 square feet to its manufacturing facility.

APR Supply Co. announced the opening of its newest branch location in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. The new branch at 510 South Cedar Lane will fill a gap in APR’s service to the eastern Pennsylvania region.
