New locations in Tennessee and Alabama will offer contractors delivery of York's line of residential and commercial HVAC ducted and ductless systems, parts, supplies, and components.
The new factory will have an eventual capacity of a million water tanks per year and serve as a strategically located hub to meet the growing demand for hot water tanks across Europe.
The new Milwaukee Tool factory in Grenada County, Mississippi, will employ more than 800 people and is Milwaukee’s eighth location in Mississippi. It is also the company’s largest manufacturing facility in the U.S.
Mid-City Supply invested $1.6 million in the renovation of its Michigan City, Indiana, location, expanding the new building to 18,600 square feet from its original 10,500 square feet, the company said.
Carrier University, established in 1929, will use its new training center to host more than 1,200 students annually for in-person courses. An additional 7,400 students will participate in virtual instruction, the company said.
The new space includes specialized areas for aerospace and defense engineering and manufacturing equipment, and sections for prototyping, testing, and quality inspection.
