The Lancaster, Texas, location is its first facility outside Florida, and will help Cooper & Hunter more easily serve an increasing number of clients in the Midwest, the company said.
The expanded Sheboygan, Wisconsin, location will offer a comprehensive range of products from top manufacturers to professionals in the HVAC, automation, electrical, plumbing, waterworks, and other industries.
“This campus has been designed to create a culture of collaboration and sustainability with our OpenBlue digital platform at the core of its design,” said Vijay Sankaran, chief technology officer at Johnson Controls.
The new distribution center in Glendale, Arizona, will feature the same high-tech automation and robotics technology as the flagship Parts Town facility in Addison, Illinois.
The 27,000-square-foot Jackson, Tennessee, location will have five team members, including a branch manager, salespeople, and warehouse personnel, and is expected to open by the end of the year.
