BlueVolt, in cooperation with market research firm Cascade Insights, has released the second edition of its “Voice of the E-Learner” survey, which asked 1,327 workers from manufacturers and distributors in the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial tools industries about their perceptions of online learning. This year’s findings showed a 27 percent drop — from 59 percent in 2016 to 33 percent in 2018 — in the number of learners who were “very satisfied” with their organization’s online training programs.

The 2017 Johnson Controls Energy Efficiency Indicator (EEI) survey of more than 1,500 facility and management executives in the U.S., Canada, and 10 other countries indicates that 70 percent of organizations are paying more attention to energy efficiency than a year ago, and 58 percent are expecting to increase investments next year.
A new survey from Lennox Intl. Inc. found that while most homeowners pass the energy conservation test, they should brush up on their knowledge of Energy Savings 101 if they want to make it to the head of the class while staying cool and keeping bills low this season.
