The SmartSource Compact vertical water-source heat pump (WSHP) is suited for applications where size and efficiency are key specifications, such as condominiums, multifamily homes, hotels, and residential buildings.

Available in both heat pump and cooling only models, the 15 Series systems are pre-charged, designed to install quickly, and feature streamlined indoor units paired with compact outdoor units. 

Contractors, specifying engineers, and building owners at 18 stops across the country will receive live demonstrations and educational sessions on the company’s new technology platform, Intelligent Equipment™, and participate in discussions with experts on what the Internet of Things (IoT) means to the commercial building industry.

Members of the Daikin team from Japan were in attendance to support the company’s largest major investment in North American HVAC manufacturing operations, totaling approximately $417 million. The facility is expected to employ up to 4,000 individuals.
