One of the nation’s newest, large-scale manufacturing assets, Daikin Texas Technology Park, got a visit from U.S. Congressman Michael McCaul recently, who toured the sprawling campus near northwest Houston and visited with some of the more than 3,000 people now working there.

For the first time, Daikin’s VRV IV i-Series was installed by mechanical and electrical contractor Synecore at Leon Restaurant in Fenchurch Street, London.

Grounded in Daikin’s oil-free, magnetic-bearing compressor technology, this chiller features a redesign of the single compressor WME models from 400 to nearly 800 ton.

This single-phase, air-cooled, outdoor unit operates up to 10 indoor units and accommodates extensive piping networks up to 984 feet. 

The center allows Daikin, Goodman, and Amana contractors the opportunity to get up close and personal with a number of products. This includes being able to touch the products and ask pertinent questions.
