Once the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which performed the fumigations, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Capitol physician decide that the facility is safe to enter, the building's ventilation, fire protection, electrical, plumbing, and security systems will be tested.
