Donor Huddle
November 14, 2003
At a gathering last month in Miami for Breast Cancer Awareness month, NFL Hall of Fame inductee Don Shula received a donation of $6,200 in support of the Shula Foundation, a breast cancer charity he started in memory of his late wife, Dorothy. The donation was part of a promotion among 60 Rheem Team HVAC dealers in several Florida communities and Mobile, Ala. On hand to present the check to Shula on behalf of the Rheem Team dealers were (from left) Mike Cabrera, regional sales manager for Gemaire Distributors; Gary Wehunt, Rheem marketing programs manager; Shula; and Wendy Cox, marketing manager for Gemaire Distributors.
