Emerson Motors: PREMIUM-EFFICIENCY MOTORS

The company recently unveiled its NEMA Premium™ motors, which meet or exceed the new National Electrical Manufacturers Association premium-efficiency standards, says the manufacturer. Designed to optimize motor effi-ciency, hvac motors are for air moving and conditioning applications; commercial-duty motors are designed with conversion kits for drop-in adaptability; and industrial cast iron motors are for hostile and severe environments, the company says.
