The GoBook™ is a high-speed notebook PC for mobile workforces. Designed for indoor and outdoor use, the computer combines cutting-edge PC technology with new wireless capabilities, says the company. Built to withstand the rigors of field use, the notebook handles extremes of water, shock, drop, and temperature, including rainstorms and other harsh environments. Standard features include an Intel Pentium III or Celeron CPU operating at 600+ MHz, 256 MB SDRAM, a 2.5-in. 6/10/20 GB hard drive, and 12.1-in. SVGA TFT color display with three-button touchpad navigation. Wireless communications are available via a number of integrated radio options, the company says.
