ConnectM's KEEN Heat Pump Line

Massachusetts-based firm, ConnectM, has unveiled its KEEN Heat Pump line, engineered for cold-climate performance, digital intelligence, and investor-grade reliability — anchored by 10 years of full parts and labor coverage. By absorbing the cost of both parts and technician labor for a decade, ConnectM reduces the total cost of ownership and stabilizes maintenance forecasting for fleet operators and large-scale residential portfolios.
The KEEN line’s flagship models — KEENHYMHP06AA, KEENHYMHP09AA, and KEENHYMHP12AA — deliver performance with SEER2 ratings up to 35 and HSPF2 ratings of 30 (Region IV). This efficiency translates directly into operating cost reductions for homeowners and higher lifetime value for distributors and installers. For investors, these numbers illustrate that heat pumps are no longer incremental improvements — they’re disruptive replacements for legacy HVAC systems.
Equipped with next-generation R454B refrigerant and designed for sustained heating at −30 °F, the KEEN series targets high-latitude and retrofit markets where cold-weather reliability has traditionally held back adoption. The systems also integrate with ConnectM’s data and IoT platform, enabling real-time performance monitoring and predictive maintenance analytics.
For contractors and distributors, this simplifies sales conversations and financing structures. For investors, it signals quality assurance backed by capital discipline.
ConnectM’s KEEN line launches fall 2025 through a growing network of authorized distributors across North America. The company is currently in expansion discussions with regional installers and channel partners focused on cold-climate applications and residential retrofit projects.
