IN SERVICE: Lennox employees participate in a Habitat for Humanity home-building project during the company's inaugural Lennox Days of Good in 2025. The company's week of community service this year is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 15, through Friday, Sept. 19.
RICHARDSON, Texas — Lennox and the LII Lennox Foundation are uniting Lennox employees worldwide for the second annual Lennox Days of Good, a week dedicated to volunteerism and community service.
From Monday, Sept. 15, through Friday, Sept. 19, Lennox employees will participate in more than 100 volunteer events, focusing on health, education, and the environment.
Last year’s inaugural effort showed what can be achieved when employees come together in service, a press release from Lennox said. Across 94 events in multiple countries, 2,418 volunteers contributed more than 7,600 service hours, surpassing the company’s goal of achieving 10% employee participation.
Together, Lennox employees packaged more than 221,000 meals with nonprofit partners, providing a year’s worth of food for more than 50 families, and donated 3,580 coats to students in need.
This year, Lennox is aiming even higher, with a goal of 25% employee participation, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability, stronger communities and meaningful employee engagement across its global footprint, the press release said. Partnerships with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Operation Warm, and The Pack Shack will provide service opportunities ranging from home-building to supporting food banks to coat distribution.
