The latest lawsuit to claim collusion and price-fixing by manufacturers was filed May 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan by Husky Heating & Cooling, a contractor in Conway, Arkansas.
Lennox weighs in on price-fixing allegations as Q1 results reveal a 10% residential drop, with pricing and commercial growth resulting in overall growth.
Despite fourth-quarter revenue declines, Lennox expects inventory normalization, pricing discipline, and a stabilization of repair-versus-replacement trends to support a return to growth in 2026.
From Monday, Sept. 15, through Friday, Sept. 19, Lennox employees will participate in more than 100 volunteer events, focusing on health, education, and the environment.
“This acquisition strengthens our ability to deliver complete lifecycle solutions for residential and commercial customers and reinforces our position as a one-stop partner for the HVAC industry."
