Description: Noritz has launched an upgraded version of its flagship commercial tankless water heater, the NCC199CDV Pro Condensing Tankless Water Heater. Designed for heavy-duty commercial applications, the ENERGY STAR-rated unit maintains a 10-year warranty on its dual stainless-steel heat exchangers and introduces several improvements to boost performance, installation ease, and system flexibility. The upgraded NCC199CDV Pro achieves a Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) of 0.98, improving upon its predecessor’s 0.96, and reducing harmful emissions through efficient condensing combustion. New Bluetooth connectivity enables remote setup and control via smartphone, while an integrated front-panel display shows temperature, operational status, and error codes. Installers can now link up to six units into a single system with Quick Connect PRO, and up to 12 units can be common-vented for streamlined installations. Each unit also includes a gas conversion kit for switching from natural gas to propane on-site. This compact indoor unit, with optional outdoor conversion, offers Btu/hour inputs from 12,800 to 199,900 and flow rates up to 11.1 gallons per minute. Installations can scale up to 24 units, delivering a nearly 375:1 turndown ratio. The NCC199CDV Pro also features a reduced footprint and lighter weight for easier handling and space savings.
