Hoshizaki Acquires Cannon Marketing Inc.

PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. — Hoshizaki Corp. has acquired Cannon Marketing Inc. (CMI), a long-standing distributor in the Southeastern U.S.
The acquired business will be integrated into Hoshizaki Southeastern Distribution Center Inc., a consolidated subsidiary based in Orlando, Florida, that aims to expand Hoshizaki's market share in commercial refrigeration and ice machines.
“This marks an important milestone as we continue to strengthen our ability to serve the market with the quality, reliability, and service expected from Hoshizaki,” said Allan Dziwoki, president of Hoshizaki America Inc. “At its core, this acquisition is about growth and alignment, allowing us to enhance our supply chain, streamline operations, and provide even greater value to our customers and partners.”
CMI, a distributor for over 30 years, operated in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Eastern Tennessee, with locations in Kinston, North Carolina, and Nashville, Tennessee.
