Hoshizaki Acquires Food Display Case Manufacturer

PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. — Hoshizaki Alliance (Hoshizaki USA Holdings Inc.), a group of companies that manufacture food-service equipment in the Americas, has finalized the acquisition of Structural Concepts Corp., a manufacturer of food display cases based in Muskegon, Michigan.
The integration of Structural Concepts into Hoshizaki Alliance, which includes Hoshizaki America Inc., Lancer Worldwide, Jackson Warewashing Systems, Fogel Group, and Hoshizaki Macom, enhances the group's ability to deliver a wide range of solutions to meet the ever-evolving needs in food service, a press release from Hoshizaki Alliance said.
