Marcone Group Names New HVAC Division President
Randall Hudspeth comes to the Marcone Group from HVAC distributor Johnstone Supply-The Petit Group, where he was chief commercial officer.

ST. LOUIS — Randall Hudspeth is the new president of the HVAC division at the Marcone Group, a national distributor of HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, commercial kitchen, and pool and spa parts.
Hudspeth will continue building on the momentum behind Marcone’s growing HVAC business, the company said in a press release. Marcone HVAC encompasses 12 distributors with 103 branches and five distribution centers that serve 18 U.S. states and the province of Ontario in Canada.
“Randall brings a wealth of strategic, commercial, and interpersonal leadership skills to Marcone, and we are thrilled to add him to the team,” said Avichal Jain, Marcone’s CEO. “He has demonstrated an ability to improve the customer experience across channels while building a culture grounded in taking great care of employees, so they take great care of customers.”
Most recently, Hudspeth was chief commercial officer for HVAC distributor Johnstone Supply-The Petit Group. He also has worked for distribution management company DXP Enterprises and for Hilti, which provides products for the construction industry.
